How the four layers work
| Layer | What it provides | Evidence posture |
|---|---|---|
| 1. Calculator | Scenario totals and warnings | Educational estimate only. |
| 2. Guides | Explanations of product paths and infrastructure categories | Claim-safe summaries with official reference links. |
| 3. Sources | Reference pages, boundaries, and update method | Official sources take precedence over the calculator. |
| 4. Feedback | Correction and practical-use feedback workflow | Human review required before any update. |
Official reference categories
Google AI plans and bundled storage/benefits
The official page currently identifies Google AI Plus with 200 GB storage, Google AI Pro with 5 TB storage, and Google AI Ultra starting at 20 TB, while listing plan-specific AI and included-benefit details. Availability and rollout terms are stated on the official page and should be checked before purchase.
Google Workspace pooled storage
The official pricing page states that Workspace pooled storage is shared across the organization and lists Business Starter at 30 GB, Business Standard at 2 TB, and Business Plus at 5 TB per user.
Storage and general network usage
The official Cloud Storage pricing page identifies storage and transfer as separate pricing categories and lists destination- and tier-dependent data transfer rates. The calculator models selected educational scenarios only.
Cache transfer, fill, and lookup requests
The official Cloud CDN page describes separate charge categories for cache data transfer out, cache fill, and HTTP/HTTPS lookup requests, with additional charge conditions depending on cache behavior and origin path.
Structured data implementation
This site publishes JSON-LD describing the site identity, page roles, and visible breadcrumb hierarchy. The visible FAQ remains human-readable content; FAQ rich-result markup is not used because this site is not a government or health authority eligible for Google's FAQ rich result treatment.
- Homepage:
Organization,WebSite, andWebPage. - Guides and information pages: page-type markup plus visible
BreadcrumbList. - Validation boundary: valid structured data may help search systems interpret page structure, but it does not guarantee display features, ranking, indexing, or AI citation.
Update and correction policy
- Public price or policy changes should be supported by an official source or verifiable official checkout evidence.
- Claims marked as estimates remain estimates until separately verified.
- User feedback triggers review; it does not automatically alter published values.
- No estimate should be interpreted as official billing advice or guaranteed savings.
